Survival Thinking. Make your plan, search for an opportunity.
It is time to bring forward a reminder of survival thinking. It starts with the reality that today’s jobs across the board do not usually pay a person enough to prosper. The trend in business is offering part time employment to employees with little or no benefits. What does a person do? We start with looking at the reality of most people’s revenue generating potential.
Millions and millions of people are all in the same boat. We have early school learning years, yet our entire life is a learning process. We have working years, taking into account our skills, health and life opportunities where we live. We have our aging years which will come to most of us, and this is the reality, “Work extra and save or struggle in the retirement future”. This fact will become the norm in the years ahead for most of us. Very few people inherit fortunes; most of us cannot count on inheritance.
Let’s look at our working years. Most people will work from 18 to 70+ average. I would say most people have 50 years work potential with an important goal to end up at 70 years old with some financial stability.
Here is one overview of what is happening to most of us. You strive to enter retirement someday with enough financial stability to make ends meet. Those who do not focus on the retirement years will most likely struggle because of fate, life decisions and lack of asset building. You also want to strive for a quality life obtained throughout your lifetime with work being the method to earn and live. Nowadays people have to be very purchase conscious. Giving up extras is a way of life for most Americans. The standard wage is just not doing it for most people.
Let us start with looking at what we have, time.
What is our time? 24-hours in a day is what we all have. What do we do with our valuable time is important. Taking into account that sleep is necessary for approximately 9 hours a day. This time is what we can call weekly sleep time. Above sleep time we have 15 hours a day to manage, waist or use our daily time in work, play and family life.
If we assess our life in weeks, we have 168 hours of time each week. With 63 hours allotted as sleep time, we have 105 hours a week available for being aware to our future life. One important fact is that Social Security income in retirement alone will not do it. We all have to start being more aware of the future, now more than ever.
Your mindset has to be, how do I best use my God given time? We all have the same 168 hours a week. If we sleep 63 hours a week and allot 50 hours a week out of the equation for transportation and work, we only have 55 hours a week after work and sleep. We must have down time, we must have family time we must have recreation.
What this message is trying to say is that most people might only have 10 hours a week available to go after what I call, potential savings money. Now, some can work part time for a low wage. That is difficult. People can now look at business ventures to use in pursuit of added security.
Whether you are in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, or 60’s ? It’s time to start considering your options. If you are not working, the search opportunity for business ventures is here and now. If you are working and being mindful of the future, keep your options open, look at what else you can do. I hope this message resonates.
Start your practice fast economically and with total confidence.
All the best,
